Civil Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-10-02 that the 234th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2073-09-27 has extended the term of Directors representing from Ordinary Shareholders side namely, Mr. Ghanendra Bahadur Shrestha and Sangam K.C. until the completion of upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
