Sanima Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-07-27 that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-07-26 has decided to extend the tenure of current CEO Mr. Bhuwan Kumar Dahal for the next four years, effective from 2074-10-12.
