Citizens Bank International Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-14 at 11:45 AM that the 187th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-12 has decided that the Special General Meeting of the company is going to be held on 2072-06-28 for the purpose of approval of acquiring Premier Finance Ltd. and issueing Rights Shares in the Ratio of 10:4 after the acquisition.
