Resignation of Chairman of Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd.

Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-22 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-04-20 has approved the resignation of its chairman Mr. Bikas J.B. Rana. The same meeting has appointed Mr. Saurav J.B. Rana as the director of the company till the next general meeting.
