Garima Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-14 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-13 has approved the resgination of its Chairman Mr. Dilip Pratap Khand and director Mr. Hari Kumar Shrestha. Same meeting has appointed Mr. Chandra Kanta Baral as the new Chairman of the company.
