Resignation Of BOD Member [SWASTIK]
Board of Directors member Kusheshwar Yadav has resigned from his position. His resignation was submitted to the concerned authority and was subsequently approved during a board meeting.
Yadav cited personal reasons for stepping down from the role. The board expressed its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure and formally accepted his resignation.
