Resignation and Appointment of Directors in Prabhu Insurance Ltd.

  Prabhu Insurance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-1-21 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-01-20 has approved the resignation of its chairman Mr. Deviprakash Bhattachan and director Mr. Daksh Paudel. The same meeting has aapointed Mrs. Kusum Lama as the chairman and a director from Prabhu Bank Ltd.
