Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-01-19 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-01-14 has approved the Resginations of its director Mr. Prakash K.C. and chairman Dr. Birendra Prasad Mahato. The same meeting has appointed Mr. Roshan K.C. as the new chairman of the company.
