Everest Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-02-14 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-01-21 has approved the resignation of the chairman Mr. Surendra Silwal. Similarly the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-02-10 has appointed Mr. Rajib Sapkota as the new chairman of the company.
