Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-02-05 that the 211th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-02-04 has approved the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bijay Bahadur Shah effective from 2074-02-04. The same meeting has appointed the company--s Deputy General Manager Mr. Sunil Ballav Pant as an Acting CEO of the company until the next decision.
