Existing Board Member Mr. Ramesh Dubadi of Agricultural Development Bank Limited has been appointed as Board chairman as per board meeting decision dated 20790829 and has completed oath taking with Governor Mr. Maha Prasad Adhikari of Nepal Rastra Bank on 20790903.
