Change of Company Secretary in Unilever Nepal Ltd.

Unilever Nepal Ltd. has informed NEPSE that Ms.Sushila Adhikari,Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the company and BOD accepts the resignation tendered by her on 30th October, 2017 and also informed that Ms. Sonam Shrestha has been appointed as Company Secretary of the company with effect from 10th January,2018 to fill up the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ms.Sushila Adhikari.
