Change in name of Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini Ltd.

  Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-02-03 that the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the company held on 2073-12-03 has approved the proposal of name change from Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini Ltd. to Bank of Kathmandu Ltd..The proposed name has also been approved by the company registrar on 2074-01-07, and so the name of the company has also been changed on the nepse trading system.
