United Insurance Co.(Nepal) Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-03 that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-03-29 has appointed Mr. Suraj Shakya(a Promoter shareholder representing from C.G Group Pvt. ltd.) and Mr. Ramesh Shekhar Bajracharya(a Promoter shareholder representing from C.G Foods Pvt. Ltd.) as a new Board Members of the company .
