The BOD Meeting of the company held on 2075-02-03 has appointed Mr. Upendra Kumar Poudel as new director of Rural Microfinance Development Centre, representing from Nepal Rastra Bank Ltd. in place of Mr. Jankak Bahadur Adhikari representing from the same bank.
