Capital plan to increase paid up capital of Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. Shikhar Issurance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-11 that board meeting of Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. held on Thursday (Asadh 8, 2074) at 5 PM has decided to submit --capital plan to increase paid up capital to Rs. 100 crore by 2075 Asad through further public offering as decided by 12th Annual general meeting and through issue of bonus share-- to Beema Samitee.
