Book Closure for Special General Meeting of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd.

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-31 that the register of its shareholders will remain close on 2074-01-06 for the purpose of its SGM going to be held on 2074-01-15. The SGM is supposed to approve the proposed right share in the ratio of 2:1 to its shareholders.
