Appointment of Directors in Vijay Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.

  Vijay Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-08-18 that Mr. kapil Neupane, Mr. Khemraj Sapkota, Mr, Shaligram Sharma and Mr. Swambhu Shakya( from Goodwill Finance Ltd.) have been appointed as Directors of the company from Promoter Shareholders group for next four years as per the decision of 5th AGM of the company held on 2074-08-16. Same meeting has appointed Mr. Kapil Neupane as the Chairman of the company.
