Tinau Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-19 that the 9th Annual General Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-18 has appointed Mr. Rajendra Prasad Ojha, Mr. Jeewan Prasad Ojha, Mr. Rameshwor Prasad Kasaju and Mr. Ujjwal Prasad Kasaju as a new Directors of the company from Promoters Shareholders side.
