  Standard chartered Bank Nepal Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-22 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-19 has approved the appointment of director Ms. Karen Dealwis (from Standard Chartered Grindlays Ltd, Australia) effective from 2074-05-16-19. Similary the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Mana Bahadur Rai as the public director of the company until the next AGM.
