Appointment of Directors in Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd.

Nepal BangladeshBank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-08-06 that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the company held on 2074-08-03 has appointed new Directors.representing from Promoter Shareholders side: Mr. Jalal Ahmed, Mr. M Shah Alam Sarwar and Mr. Moniril Islam. Likewise,from ordinary shareholders side, Mr. Indra Bahadur Thapa, Mr. Deepak Karki and Mr. Mukunda Nath Dhungel were appointed as new Directors of the company. The 313rd BOD meeting held on 2074-08-04 has appointed Mr. Jalal Ahmed as a new Chairman of the company.
