Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-10-03 that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the shareholders held on January 10, 2018 has appointed Mr. Avinash Agrawal as a Director in the Board of the Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. to represent the public shareholders by replacing the Public Director Mr. Mana Bahadur Rai who was appointed for the interim period in the vacant position until 31st AGM.
