Nirdhan Utthan Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-09 that the Bank has appointed Mr. Rajendara Bahadur Malla from Nabil Bank Ltd. as the director of the company in place of Mr. Shusil Joshi from Himalayan Bank Ltd. effective from 2074-03-06.
