Kailash Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-01-05 at 2:05 PM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-01-04 has appoited Mr. Narayan Prasad Paudel as the Chairman of the company. Same meeting has appointed Mr. Amrit Charan Shrestha as the CEO of the company for next four years effective from 2074-02-14.
