Appointment of Chairman and Board Members of Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini Ltd.

Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-06 that the 25th BOD Meeting of the company held on March 17, 2017 has elected Mr. Prakash Shrestha as a new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. Also the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the company held on March 16, 2017 has elected Mr. Sanjay Bahabur shah, Mr. Kedar Nath Gautam, Mr. Prakash Shrestha and Mr. Radhesh Pant as a new Board Member from Promoter shareholders side. Also, Pr. Dr. Hem Raj Subedi, Mr. Govinda Prasad Sharma Regmi, Mr. Shaurav K.C. and Mr. Madan Lal Joshi as a new Board Member from Ordinary Shareholders side.
