Siddhartha Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-02-23 that the 270th BOD Meeting of the company held in 2074-02-22 has approved the resignation of CEO Mr. Surendra Bhandari and appointed the current Deputy CEO Mr. Shambhu Nath Gautam as an Acting CEO of of the company, effective from 2074-02-23.
