NLG Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-01-26 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-01-26 has appointed Mr. Bhupendra Pandey as the director of the company. The same meeting has approved the resignation of its directors Mr. Gautam Prasad Khanal and Mr. Rajesh Upadhyaya.
