United Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-04 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-5-01 has approved the resignation of its director Mr. Suraj Shakya. Same meeting has appointed Mr. Dipak Kumar Agrawal as the director of the company.
