Neco Insurance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-04 at 1:10 PM that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-04-04 has decided to issue Rights shares in the proportion of 2:1 to their shareholders which subject to the approval from Beema Samiti and its upcoming AGM.
