Central Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-26 that the 237th BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-03-25 has decided that the Special General Meeting of the company is going to be held on 2074-04-10 for the purpose of issuing 50% Rights shares to its shareholders.
