Kamana Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-22 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-04-20 has decided to issue 10% right share( after merger with Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd.) to its shareholders subject to the approval from its AGM and concerned authorities.
