Ltd.has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-05 that the BOD meeting of company held on 4th Bhadra 2074, Sunday has proposed 1 : 1.60 Right Shares on the Paid Up Capital after distributing the already declared 25% Bonus Shares after approval from forthcoming AGM of the Company going to be held on 27th Bhadra 2074. The Register of its shareholders will remain on 2074-05-14 for the purpose of its AGM and bonus share.
