Resignation of Chairman of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited

Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-11-18 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-11-16 has approved the resignation of its chairman Mr. Ramesh Gupta. The same meeting has appointed Mr. Govinda Lal Sanghai as the chairman of the company.
