210th Board Meeting of Laxmi Bank Limited held on January 9, 2019 has proposed the following dividends on its current capital to its shareholders subject to the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
Bonus Share: 8.50%, in words Eight Point Five Zero Percentage (6,988,416.91 units)
Cash Dividend (bonus share tax purpose): 0.45%, in words Zero Point Four Five Percentage (Rs. 36,781,142)
