Postponement of Bonus Share and Right Share of United Insurance Co. Ltd.

United Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-14 that the proposed 10% stock dividend and right share in the proportion of 1:1 to its shareholders has been postponed as per the direction of Insurance Board for the revison of the proposal.
