Unique Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-22 at 10:30 AM that the proposed 7% Bonus Shares and 0.0368% Cash Dividend has been approved by NRB on 2072-06-21 which subject to the approval from its upcoming AGM.
