NRB Approval of Bonus Shares of Sagarmatha Finance Ltd.

Sagarmatha Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-11-26 at 11:30 am that the proposed 32.94% Bonus Shares(18.3% Bonus shares after distribution of 80% Rights shares) to their shareholders has been approved by NRB on 2073-11-24, which subject to the approval from its upcoming 11th Annual General Meeting.
