Narayani National Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-13 at 10:35 AM that the proposed 18% Bonus Shares and 7% Cash Dividend as decided by 116th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-05-29 has been approved by NRB on 2072-06-12 which subject to the approval from its upcoming 23rd AGM.
