Nepal SBI Bank Limited distribution of Bonus Share Distribution of Bonus Share @ 15.42 % and Cash Dividend @0.81% The 412th meeting of the Board of Directors of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd held on 27th October 2017 has approved the Complete Financial Statements for the Financial Yearv 2073/74 (2016-17). The Meeting resolved to approve distribution of Bonus Shares @15.42% and Cash Dividend @ 0.81% (Tax Purpose) out of the net profit earned last year.
