Merger information & request to share transaction closure-(SMATA)

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that Samata & Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has been done the MoU sign for merger today. As per the rules, we are kindly requesting you to close the share transaction of Samata MFI onwards from today. Also kindly inform you that signed MoU paper & BoD decision copy has been sent in "listing@nepalstock.com". Please let me know if you have any suggetions in this regard.
