Information Regarding Bonus share, Right Share and 16th Agm of Api Power Company Limited-(API)
The Board Meeting of Api Power Company has decided to conduct its 16th AGM on Friday, 7th Chaitra 2076 as of 20th March 2020. The company has declared 5% bonus from the profit of fiscal year 2075/076 subjected to approval from 16th Agm.similarly the company is seeking approval for 1:0.4675 right share from its upcoming AGM.
