The 17th AGM of EDBL has elected 3 board members from the promoter shareholder group who are Mr. Mahendra Kumar Goyal, Mr. Rajan Sharma and Mr. Amit Kumar Agrawal. In addition, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Goyal has been selected as Chairman of the Bank.
