Subject: Dividend for the Financial year 2075/76 (2018/19)
During the 156th meeting of the Board of Directors of Unilever Nepal Limited, held on 5th September, 2019 at F-Block, Unilever House, B.D. Sawant Marg, Chakala,Andheri East, Mumbai, India, the Board of Directors have adopted the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year 2075/76 and has recommended distribution of NRs. 770/- per share as dividend out of the profit available for appropriation.
