Dividend Declaration FY 2077/78-Recommendation of Board-(UNL).

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

The166th Board of Directors meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited was held in a virtual manner i.e. (video call via Microsoft Team Site) at 16:15 PM NST on Monday, 6th September 2021 considering the current pandemic. The Board of Directors have approved the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2077/78 and thereby has recommended distribution of NPR 650 Per share as dividend out of the profit available for appropriation.

Hence in compliance with bylaw 22(d) of NEPSE bylaws, we hereby would like to inform your office that the Board has recommended the dividend for FY 2077/78 which is NPR 650 Per share.
