- Working area increased to Saptari and Siraha districts (in addition to Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari)
- To work as insurance agent
- To issue 60% right shares on current paid-up capital of Rs 40,06,80,000
- Authority to BOD to implement changes in Memorandum of Association and Article of Association as directed by regulatory authorities
