Unique Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-01-20 that the 119th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-01-11 has decided that the Special General Meeting of the company is going to be held on 2074-02-04 for the purpose of acquistion with Civil Bank Ltd., the register of their shareholders will remain close until the completion of acquisition.
