Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-01-14 that the register of its shareholders will remain close on 2074-01-19 for the purpose of its SGM going to be held on 2074-01-29. The SGM is supposed to approve the proposed 40% right share to its shareholders.
