Bhargav Bikash Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-01-20 at 10:45 AM that the register of its shareholders will remain close on 2074-01-28 for the purpose of its SGM going to be held on 2074-02-06. The SGM is supposed to approve the proposed right share in the proportion of 10:8 to its shareholders.
