Api Power Company Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-10 at 11:30 AM that the register of its shareholders will remain close from 2073-12-15 till 2073-12-28 for the purpose of its Special General Meeting going to be held on 2073-12-28. The SGM is supposed to approve the proposed right share in the ratio of 1:2 to its shareholders.
