Jebil--s Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-07 that the register of its shareholders will remain close on 2074-03-12 for the purpose of its special general meeting going to be held on 2074-03-23. The SGM is Supposed to approve the 40% right share after the issuance of 100% right share as approved by its 7th AGM.
